Sprout operates as Wright Partners' product-engineering and AI-implementation partner, providing the team depth that takes portfolio ventures from idea to production. A venture-studio alliance: two brands, one working cadence

Wright Partners and Sprout are two independent businesses with one shared founder (Arnold Sebastian). Wright Partners is a venture studio — it sources theses, builds new companies, and invests capital into SEA ventures. Sprout is an AI + product-engineering studio — it designs, builds, and ships digital products. When Wright Partners builds or backs a venture that needs serious product and AI capability, Sprout is the delivery partner. When Sprout meets a founder who needs venture-builder support beyond engineering, Wright Partners is the natural introduction. Neither owns the other's customer. Both brands stand on their own.

When Wright Partners engages Sprout for a portfolio venture's product and AI work, the engagement is scoped and priced like any other Sprout engagement. When Sprout refers a founder to Wright Partners for venture-builder support, the referral is explicit and the relationship starts fresh. No hidden economics.

Arno as shared founder provides strategic alignment between the two businesses — not operational control over either. Wright Partners' investment decisions are Wright Partners'. Sprout's delivery decisions are Sprout's. The shared seat is a signal of alignment, not a substitute for governance.
